Delete Your Data
Veloi gives you control over your data. You can delete specific data like conversations or training plans without affecting your account, or permanently delete your entire account and all associated data.
Delete Specific Data
You can request deletion of certain data that Veloi has collected without deleting your entire account. This includes activity history, conversation history, and training plans.
Conversation History
Long-press any conversation in the Coach tab's conversation list, then tap Delete to permanently remove that conversation and all its messages.
Training Plans
Open a training plan from the Plan tab, tap the menu icon, and select Delete Plan to permanently remove the plan and all its workouts.
Activity History and Strava Data
Go to Settings and tap Disconnect Strava to revoke Veloi's access to your Strava data. Your synced activity data in Veloi will no longer be updated. To request removal of previously synced activity history, contact us at support@veloi.app.
Other Data
To request deletion of any other data Veloi has collected, contact us at support@veloi.app. We will process your request within 7 business days.
Delete Your Entire Account
From the Veloi Mobile App
Mobile app available soon on iOS and Android.
- Open the Veloi app and sign in to your account
- Tap the Settings icon (gear icon in the top-right corner of the Home tab)
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm by tapping Delete My Account in the confirmation dialog
- Your account and all data will be permanently deleted
Via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing privacy@veloi.app from the email address associated with your Veloi account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, all of the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

| Subscription and billing | Cancelled and deleted |
What Happens During Deletion
When you confirm account deletion, the following steps occur:
- Subscription cancelled — Any active subscription is immediately cancelled. No further charges will be made.
- Strava access revoked — Your Strava connection is disconnected and our access tokens are revoked.
- All data deleted — Your account and all related data are permanently removed from our database.
Data Retention After Deletion
Account deletion is immediate and permanent. We do not retain any personal data after deletion. There is no recovery period — once deleted, your data cannot be restored.
Note: Anonymised, aggregated analytics data (such as total user counts) may persist but cannot be linked back to your account.
Before You Delete
Please be aware of the following before deleting your account:
- Account deletion is irreversible. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Veloi again.
- Your original activity data remains on Strava — only the copy synced to Veloi is deleted.
- If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled immediately with no refund for the remaining period.
